I had a Asian Sesame Chicken salad with a French baguette and a fountain Dr. Pepper at 12:30pm. At 9:00pm that night I started feeling nauseous and than I started vomiting projectile type until 3 am. I became weak and was soaking wet. I knew I had to go to hospital but I barely made it back to my bed. I really don’t remember anything after that until my daughter called me to say she was going to stop by my job. I told her I was home because I was sick during the night. I truly believe it had to be this because I had a soda when I got home from work | Síntomas: Vómitos, Náusea, Debilidad
