Ate a spicy chicken sandwich yesterday at around 7:30-8pm. After a few hours at around 12am I started becoming nauseous while I was laying in bed and also began having severe abdominal pain. Out of nowhere I felt the urge to puke so I ran to the bathroom to throw up. After 30 min I went to the bathroom again and this time it was diarrhea (2 rounds of that as of now) and its 3am right now. I never felt this sick in so long. I don't normally eat a lot, all I consumed yesterday was a fruit smoothie that I made early in the afternoon and the chicken sandwich with fries for dinner so I know for a fact it was the chicken sandwich that got me sick. I feel very ill, my stomach is still hurting and my head is starting to as well bc I must have gotten dehydrated. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Deshidratación, Cefalea, Dolor de estómago
