had lunch with a colleague on 2/21/2018. we both started feeling ill as we left the restaurant. The only things we are in common were ice cubes in the drinks and spaghetti pasta but had different sauces. My symptoms started with diarrhea and then vomiting. My colleagues symptoms started with vomiting. I have been vomiting and pure liquid diarrhea up until now, 16 hours later. I suspect it is bacteria in the ice machine which means many others will get sick, hence why i am posting this. I did notice the restaurant had very few customers during the lunch hour. In fact only 2 other tables with customers the whole time we were there. And this was a popular restaurant before. Which in hind sight tells me people have been getting sick for some time but the restaurant has never been reported. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
