I consumed a greenwise steak I purchased from Publix. The steak was purchased on 8/29 and cooked and consumed yesterday 8/30 around 5:00pm. I had consumed a smoothie and muffin at 11:00am before this and that is all. I also ate pizza with 4 other people that night around 9:00. However, I am the only sick person ruling out the pizza. I woke up at 4:00am vomiting. I fell back asleep and woke up again at 6:00am vomiting and diarrhea. I have yet to go back to sleep and have been continuing to vomit and diarrhea. I am confident it was the steak because it’s the only possibility and in addition it appeared to be slightly spoiled. I was naive and trusted publix’s Sell by dates assuming it couldn’t have gone bad. I also drink the same smoothie everyday that I make fresh daily. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Vómitos
