My wife and I ordered nachos with slight variations, she got steak, regular queso, med green salsa (the rest was the same as mine). We ate around 8:30 pm and she was vomiting by 10:30 along with diarrhea and pretty severe stomach cramps. This continued through the night with trips to the bathroom every half hour or so.
