I had a small amount of P.F. Chang's Chicken Fried Rice at the grocery store and ate it for dinner. At 5 a.m. I woke up feeling very nausea and severe diarrhea several times. It is noon and still feeling nausea and diarrhea a bit. I do not know 100 percent if it was the P.F. Chang's but I will not take the chance of eating any more of it and have to throw it away. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea
