I visited the Taco Bell located at 100 Finley Drive in Georgetown, KY on 1/24/2018. My order number was 398289. I ordered a Beef Supreme Chalupa for myself and a bottled water and 3 Stackers for my boyfriend. I immediately became sick after eating the Beef Supreme Chalupa. I had uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting + an extremely high fever for over 12 hours to the point I had to be hospitalized because of norovirus. I called the manager of the Taco Bell today (2/3/2018) to let her know her employees need to follow proper food handling precautions. She was rather rude and rushed off the telephone as she could care less. Absolutely unacceptable! I will NEVER eat at another Taco Bell as long as I live! | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
