Had two regular tacos with spicy ranch added, no lettuce, no tomatoes on 12/11 and became violently ill Tuesday evening. Thought it was a stomach bug and not food related so had Taco Bell (same items same location) 12/14 and woke up 12/15 with severe stomach issues again. Taco Bell is forever off the list. :/ I'm the only one in the family that orders the spicy ranch sauce and was the only one to get sick so I'm thinking that's the culprit. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos
