We had our dinner at around 5 PM, we were 6 people, my wife started having watery diarrhea five hours after dinner, she has had 3 diarrhea in one hour, her dish was grilled chicken with mashed potato. Her friend had pasta, she has been vomiting and having diarrhea started 4 hours after dinner.
