I had the slow cooked ribs on the evening of 4/1. It tasted great though the meat was redder than I would have expected for something slow cooked. Immediately afterwards my stomach was gurgling, which after about 2 hours progressed to pain, queasiness and several unpleasant bathroom visits. As of 11AM the next day (15 or so hours later) I’m still affected, though it has gotten better. | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea
