I ate a small strawberry banana smoothie (without yogurt and without whipped cream) and a multigrain English muffin with veggie cream cheese from wawa around 1:00pm. My symptoms, Nausea, low grade fever, and dihariha, started about 45 minutes after finishing the smoothie.
