Ordered the soft tacos and a side of beans and rice. Within 2 hours I had severe, painful nausea and never-ending diarrhea. Went to medical emergency room at hospital. Diagnosed with traces of E. coli.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
