Aliment Stabile Salami recalled due to Staphylococcus presence

Aliment Stabile, a Quebec-based company, has issued a recall for its salami products due to potential contamination with Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The recall affects products sold in Montreal, Laval, and Lanaudière. The issue was discovered during routine testing by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ). As of now, no illnesses related to the consumption of these products have been reported.

The recalled products include "Soft Salami Cacciatore" and "Cacciatore Salami Strong", both sold in unitary sizes. The target lot for the recall is 232336. These products were sold vacuum-packed in transparent plastic bags and refrigerated.

If you have these products at home, do not consume them and return them to the store where it was purchased.
