Bao Long Soup Seasonings recalled due to Undeclared Allergens

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has issued a third update expanding the recall to include:

PRODUCT: Bao Long Pho Soup Seasoning (75g)
- Undeclared allergen: soybeans

PRODUCT: Bao Long Hủ tiếu Soup Seasoning (75g)
- Undeclared allergens: soybeans and cereals containing gluten (wheat)

All batch codes and best-before dates are affected. These allergens are not declared on the product labels, posing a risk to consumers with allergies or intolerances. The affected products originate from Vietnam and are being recalled.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has issued a second update to the recall of Bao Long Soup Seasonings, expanding the list of affected products due to undeclared allergens. These allergens are not declared on product labels, which poses a serious health risk for consumers with allergies or intolerances to crustaceans, fish, and/or soy.

- Undeclared allergens: Crustaceans, fish, soybeans

PRODUCT: Bao Long Bun bo Hue Soup Seasoning (75g)
- Undeclared allergens: Crustaceans, fish

PRODUCT: Bao Long Bun Rieu Soup Seasoning (75g)
- Undeclared allergens: Crustaceans, fish

All batch codes and best-before dates are affected. All products originate from Vietnam.

Bao Long is recalling specific batches of its Soup Seasonings due to undeclared allergens, including soybeans, crustaceans, and cereals containing gluten. These products were distributed in various regions in Ireland and may pose a risk to consumers with allergies.

- Allergen: Soybeans

PRODUCT: Bao Long Vegan Hu Tieu Soup Seasoning
- Size: 75g
- Batch Code: 2316
- Allergen: Soybeans and cereals containing gluten (wheat)

The products originate from Vietnam.

The issue was identified during a routine check, leading to a recall classified as a Class I. The recall was initiated on July 10, 2025.
