Blue Tape Sriracha has voluntarily initiated a recall of its refrigerated condiment sauce. The recall is due to the product being manufactured without an ODA license and is being distributed nationwide in the United States.

The product recalled is:
- The Blue Tape Sriracha sauce
- Sold in 10.5oz clear squeeze bottles (individually).
- The sauce does not have a company address or UPC code on its label.
- The product contains ingredients such as chilies, garlic, capsicum, sugar, salt, and white wine vinegar.
- The best-before date is marked on each bottle for 6 months from the date it was produced.
- A total of 136 bottles are included in this recall.
The status of the recall is ongoing. This recall was categorized as Class II.
