Chefs Warehouse has initiated a voluntary recall of various cucumber products due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected products were distributed to Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia in the Unites States. The recall is ongoing and was initiated on May 20, 2025.

Size: 5 lbs.

Product Quantity: 5 lbs.

4) PRODUCT: Cucumbers Diced 1/4"
Size: 15 lbs.
Lot Number: B0515982
Product Quantity: 15 lbs.

5) PRODUCT: Cucumber - Super 6 Ct
Size: 6 ct (case)
Lot Number: B0514912
Product Quantity: 98 cases

The contamination was discovered through routine testing. The recall was classified on September 26, 2025, and notifications were sent via email, fax, letter, press release, telephone, and visits. All products are classified as Class I recalls.
