Marvel Food and Deli, Inc. of Auburn, WA, is recalling its "Country Style Adjika" due to a botulism risk linked to a processing issue. The product was sold exclusively at Marvel Food and Deli locations.

The recalled item is a tomato-based salsa, packaged in 32oz glass jars with SKU 72176232104, produced from January 2024 to March 2026. The recall affects only products sold in-store.

The issue was identified following an inspection by Public Health—Seattle & King County, which revealed an unapproved canning process. No illnesses have been reported, and no other products are affected.
