Disneyland Paris announced the recall of their smoked salmon due to the presence of Listeria Monocytogenes. They have removed this product from the restaurants of the Hotels and Parks where it was available and informed the relevant authorities and their supplier.They discovered the presence of Listeria Monocytogene in their smoked salmon during a quality check. The disease was traced back to one of the suppliers of the smoked salmon. To date, they have not been informed of any cases of people showing symptoms related to the consumption of this product.
If you consumed smoked salmon at Disneyland Paris between 2 June 2022 and 17 and you are experiencing listeria monocytogenes symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea, it is important to report it.
