Frozen Raw Pork Boneless Loins recalled due to Absence of Import Reinspection

Mays Chemical Company of Puerto Rico is recalling approximately 46,315 pounds of frozen, raw pork boneless loins due to the absence of import reinspection. These products were distributed to distributors, institutions, restaurants, and federal establishments in Puerto Rico.The recalled products:
- "FROZEN PORK LOIN, BONELESS, CENTER 520MM"
- Include variable weight cardboard boxes containing
- Sold in plastic bags.
- The affected items were produced between February 27, 2025, and March 12, 2025.
The issue was identified during routine FSIS inspection activities. The recall was announced on February 3, 2026. They bear the Canada establishment number "Canada 12" inside the Canadian mark of inspection.
