The Kroger Co has voluntarily recalled its Home Chef chicken products due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The products were Distributed to retail stores in AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, and WY.The recall involves two products: Home Chef Chicken Street Taco (Net Wt. 9.93 oz, UPC 84013430435, all lot codes) and Home Chef Asian Style Chicken Stir Fry (Net Wt. 13 oz, UPC 84013430852, all lot codes). The Chicken Street Taco recall affects 24,072 units, while the Asian Style Chicken Stir Fry recall impacts 31,424 units. Both products are packaged in a plastic tray with a clear plastic lid and are perishable items kept under refrigeration.
