GAEC La Ferme Igaya has voluntarily recalled its IGAITXIPIA brand sheep's milk cheese made from raw milk due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The product was distributed in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The recall procedure is expected to end on August 14, 2024.The recalled product is:
- The IGAITXIPIA brand fromage de brebis fermier à pâte molle au lait cru
- Sold in a 320g format.
- The cheese is packaged in cheese paper in a camembert-style box.
- The product should be kept in the refrigerator.
- The affected batch is number 527
- With a best-before date of August 14, 2024.
- The product's health mark is FR64378101CE.
If you have this product at home, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased.
