Illinois: Morris Meat Packing Recall 515,000 pounds of Pork Products

Morris Meat Packing is recalling 515,000 pounds of pork products that were produced without inspection.

The products have the establishment number “EST. 18267” inside the USDA mark of inspection, the recall impacts distributors and retail locations in Illinois. The problem was discovered after an anonymous tip to FSIS. If the product is in your refrigerator or freezer do not consume them, they should be thrown away or returned to where they were purchased.
