Hale Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of Lotsa Pasta International Food Shop's Roasted Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Fresh Basil Infused Olive Oil due to potential contamination with Clostridium botulinum. The products were distributed in Kentucky, USA.

The recall was initiated on September 9, 2025, after it was discovered that the products were manufactured without an approved process filed. The recall is ongoing, and the classification date has not yet been determined.
