Hale Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of Lotsa Pasta International Food Shop's Roasted Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Fresh Basil Infused Olive Oil due to potential contamination with Clostridium botulinum. The products were distributed in Kentucky, USA.
