Meadowbrook Farms Dairy Chocolate Milk recalled due to improper pasteurization

New York State Agriculture Commissioner has issued a recall for Meadowbrook Farms Dairy brand Pasteurized Chocolate Milk due to improper pasteurization. The recalled Chocolate Milk was sold across the Capital Region. To date, no illnesses related to this product have been reported.The product recalled is the brand's Pasteurized Chocolate Milk, sold in half-gallon glass containers. The batch processed on April 24, 2024, identifiable by a black dot on the cap, is the one affected by the recall.
Routine inspection conducted by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets revealed that this lot of product was improperly pasteurized.
