- Packaging: Plastic bottle with white cap
- Best By: April 2028
- Code: 25104S
- Lot Number: 25104S (Produced in 2025, Julian day 104, alpha suffix “S”)
- Product Quantity: 78 bottles (total)
- Ingredients: Monk Fruit (Luo Han Guo) Extract
- Reason for Recall: Product contains Stevia powder but was mislabeled as Pure Monk Fruit Sweetener

The issue was discovered by the company, and the recall was voluntarily initiated on July 14, 2025. The products have not yet been classified by recall class. The recall is ongoing, and notifications were sent through multiple communication methods.
