Nurture Life Chicken Meal - recalled due to undeclared allergen

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued a public health alert for Nurture Life's Chicken Parm with Super Veggie Spaghetti meal products. The recall is due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, egg white, in the spaghetti component of the product. These items were sold online and shipped directly to consumers nationwide. As of now, there have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of this product.The product recalled is a fully cooked, non-shelf stable chicken meal, produced between Dec. 27, 2023, and Feb. 20, 2024. The product is a 5.9-oz. tray with a sleeve label containing "nurture life KIDS MEALS CHICKEN PARM WITH SUPER VEGGIE SPAGHETTI" with "enjoy by" dates ranging from Jan. 9, 2024, to March 1, 2024.
