Parilla Fresh Various Alfalfa Sprouts Products recalled due to Salmonella

Parilla Fresh has issued a recall for various alfalfa sprout products due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected products were sold in Woolworths and Coles across NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, SA, NT, as well as independent grocers, including IGA, Harris Farm, and markets in Sydney and Melbourne.

- Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts 125g
- Hugo's Alfalfa Onion & Garlic Sprouts 125g
- Hugo's Alfalfa Radish Sprouts 125g
- Hugo's Alfalfa & Onion Sprouts 125g
- Hugo's Salad Sprouts 125g
- Hugo's Alfalfa & Broccoli Sprouts 125g
- Hugo's Trio Sprouts Selection 125g

All use-by dates up to and including November 20, 2025, are affected.

The potential contamination was identified through routine testing. The recall was initiated on November 7, 2025.
