RTE Landjaeger Sausage Products recalled due to undeclared allergens

Taylor's Sausage, Inc. has issued a recall for its 74 pounds ready-to-eat Landjaeger sausage products. The reason for the recall is misbranding and undeclared allergens, specifically soy, which are not listed on the product label. The recalled products were shipped to retail locations in California and Oregon.The Landjaeger sausages recalled were produced on December 8, 2023, and packaged on December 19, 2023. The recalled products are 14.4 oz. vacuum-packed packages containing 12 pieces of "TAYLOR'S Sausage Hot LANDJAEGER" with the lot code "23342-2" and a use-by date of "12 8 25". These products bear the establishment number "EST. 6172" inside the USDA mark of inspection and
FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers' pantries or refrigerators.
Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them and return them to the place of purchase.
