Albertsons Companies has voluntarily recalled 18-count packages of Oatmeal Cookies that were sold at the Safeway grocery store at 14020 Main Street, Duvall, Wash. between April 5 to April 17, 2023. We have received a report that a package of cookies was labeled as Oatmeal Raisin but may have contained Peanut Butter Cookies. As a result, peanuts and soy were not listed in the ingredient statement.

Product name: Oatmeal Raisin Cookies 18 Count. UPC: 22786200000. Packed on date: April 5, 2023. Sell-thru date: April 17, 2023.
The recalled cookies were packaged in clear plastic containers available within the store’s bakery department. Consumers who have allergies or severe sensitivities to peanuts or soy run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products and are urged not to consume these items. These consumers should discard the products or return them to Safeway in Duvall located at 14020 Main Street for a full refund. There has been one report of a serious adverse event. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider.

I work in the pool as a swim instructor. One day I got a horrendous sore throat which led to a coughing fit. I assumed It was either a kid or the pool water. Next day my throat was suddenly sore again and I was coughing of either phlem/muscus/ or something bacterial. My stomach generally is fairly strange as well but what ever I have gotten that affects my throat as also made my bowels more sensitive.
After 3 weeks of being around kids, in different pools, and not having any worsening symptoms, I tried the panera one last time. Within 30 minutes of eating it was starting to act up again!

During production, it was discovered that some packages of the raspberry crème filled cookies contained hazelnut crème filled cookies. Hazelnut is a tree nut and listed as one... The allergen statement on each individual cookie package states “May Contain Traces of Peanuts, Hazelnuts, Almonds, Sesame, Sulphites” as these two cookies are produced in the same facility. No injuries or illnesses have been reported. These products were distributed in the United States.

I ate chipotle yesterday 11/15 around 3-3:30pm. I had a large chips and queso and a carne asada quesadilla. Ate everything. Around 6-6:30pm I started getting an upset stomach while at work.
