I poisoned myself by eating some 3D doritos.
I had a lot of hives on my arm and chest. | Symptoms: Allergic Reaction

I work in the pool as a swim instructor. One day I got a horrendous sore throat which led to a coughing fit. I assumed It was either a kid or the pool water. I took antibiotics and for a bit I thought I was doing better.... However when I returned to the location after about a week and a half, I had their orange cranberry muffin, orange scone, and a large fountain drink.
Next day my throat was suddenly sore again and I was coughing of either phlem/muscus/ or something bacterial. My stomach generally is fairly strange as well but what ever I have gotten that affects my throat as also made my bowels more sensitive.
After 3 weeks of being around kids, in different pools, and not having any worsening symptoms, I tried the panera one last time. Within 30 minutes of eating it was starting to act up again!
I have no food allergies or medical restrictions | Symptoms: Cough, Sore Throat, Other, Allergic Reaction

Preston’s Eldon Primary School has temporarily shut down its nursery due to several confirmed cases of Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) infections among its students. STEC is a potent strain of E. coli which precipitated the closure. The UK Health Security Agency is closely investigating the source... of the infection and working consistently alongside the school.
The outbreak traces back to multiple students within the school's nursery wing testing positive for the bacterial infection. Eldon Primary, in collaboration with the UK Health Security Agency, has since been conducting thorough health assessments for the involved cohorts and executing precautionary deep cleans of the school facilities. This is an immediate response to the rising rate of STEC infections, which can cause symptoms ranging from mild to severe diarrhea and abdominal pain, along with fevers in some cases. These symptoms can last up to two weeks, potentially leading to serious complications in a small percentage of patients.
In case you are experiencing E. coli symptoms, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.

I ate chipotle yesterday 11/15 around 3-3:30pm. I had a large chips and queso and a carne asada quesadilla. Ate everything. Around 6-6:30pm I started getting an upset stomach while at work. I decided to leave and go sit in my car until I felt better to... resume work. I ended up taking a nap in my car woke up around 8:30-9pm. Five minutes into awaking I get a very strong nausea feeling. Another five minutes I am leaning outside of my car throwing up profusely; contents were queso colored throw up, black beans, white cheese bits, and rice. Threw up 4 times then chilled out for 30 minutes. Decide to go back to my office at work I drink two small cups of cold water. Not even 10mins after I am throwing up the water and more chipotle bits into a trash can. I decide it’s time to go home now. When I get home I am drained from all the vomiting so I jump straight into my bed. Two to three minutes of laying down I have to run to my bathroom to vomit again! I vomited 7-10 times in total! | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea
