Update May 21st, 2026:
The FDA has classified the recall of Givaudan Flavors Corp Bulk WN-976-782-1 Seasoning for Cheese Sauce as a Class I recall. Officials also updated the reason for the recall, stating that the product has the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, rather than only containing nonfat dry milk powder involved in a downstream supplier recall.

Givaudan Flavors Corp has initiated a voluntary recall of its Bulk WN-976-782-1 Seasoning for Cheese Sauce due to a downstream recall of nonfat dry milk powder by the supplier. The product was distributed by one manufacturer in Missouri, USA.

- Is packaged in brown kraft bags, each weighing 43.50 lbs.
- It is identified by batch number CS00140785
- Has an expiry date of September 26, 2026.
