Seville Spread products - Health alert due to production without antibiotic testing and pasteurization records

The Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) has issued a health alert for Seville Spread and Seville Spread Brown Sugar Cinnamon which are made by Yellow House Cheese LLC. because there were no antibiotic testing and pasteurization records for the milk used to make the cheese. These products were sold in the Medina County area. There have been no confirmed reports of illness or adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.The affected products are Seville Spread and Seville Spread Brown Sugar Cinnamon, batch number 221112, they are packaged in clear plastic containers that weigh between 4 to 8oz each.
According to ODA, prior to processing, all milk used to make dairy products must be tested for the presence of antibiotics and any milk that tests positive for antibiotics is destroyed and is not permitted to be used.
If you purchased the affected products please do not eat them, throw them away or return them to the place of purchase.
