Signature SELECT Chicken Soup recalled due to Undeclared Allergen

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued a public health alert for ready-to-eat chicken soup products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, wheat. The products are no longer available for purchase. These items were shipped to retail and distributor locations in Texas, Utah, and Washington.The mislabeling issue was discovered by a retailer who noticed the discrepancy in the product labels. The retailer reported the issue to the producing establishment, which in turn notified the FSIS.
