Speirs Foods (2018) Limited has announced a recall of specific batches of its Speirs Foods brand salads and Woolworths brand coleslaw due to the presence of metal fragments. These products were distributed in Woolworths, Fresh Choice, New World, and Pak’nSave stores across New Zealand.AFFECTED PRODUCT

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- These products of various weights were sold in store from the deli serve between 27 August and 29 August 2025.
- The products are sold in plastic containers of various weights sold in store from the Deli Counter.
- The products have not been exported.
The issue was identified during routine quality checks. The recall was initiated on 30 August 2025.
