December 12th, 2025:
Suzanna’s Kitchen is recalling approximately 62,550 pounds of fully cooked, bone-in breaded chicken products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The products, containing soy not listed on the label, were distributed to restaurant locations nationwide.
The recalled items are 18-lb. cases of "FULLY COOKED BREADED CHICKEN PORTIONS," produced on October 16, 2025. The packaging bears the case code "P-1380 126237 B30851 23:11 K04" and the USDA mark of inspection with establishment number "P-1380."
The issue was identified when Suzanna’s Kitchen informed the FSIS of the mislabeling error. The recall was initiated after the discovery that the product contained soy, a known allergen, not declared on the label.
