Taylor Farms Southwest, Inc has voluntarily recalled its Family Size Garden Salad due to undeclared allergens. The product was distributed in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Texas. The issue was discovered on March 30th when the TFSW ALBSWY Chicken Caesar Salad 10oz, which contains egg, anchovy, milk, soy, and wheat, was mislabeled as the ALBSWY Garden Salad 17oz, which should only contain milk and wheat.The recalled product is the Family Size Garden Salad, packaged in a 17oz flexible plastic combo 32 oz clamshell. The batch in question is marked with the sell-through date of 04/07/24 and the lot number TFSW090B. The UPC code for the product is 030223039167. A total of 150 units have been recalled.
Do not consume recalled products to which you are allergic or sensitive as they may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction; and do not serve, use, sell or distribute recalled products. We recommend that you return the product to the store where it was purchased.
