Taylor Farms Onion recalled due to E. Coli

Taylor Farms is recalling its whole and diced raw onions due to potential E. coli contamination. The recall was initiated following concerns raised by a food service supplier. The affected products have been distributed across various locations in the United States.The issue came to light during an ongoing investigation into a deadly E. coli outbreak linked to McDonald's Quarter Pounder hamburgers served with raw slivered onions. The outbreak has resulted in 49 reported illnesses across ten states, with one fatality. The USDA, FDA, and CDC are all involved in the investigation, with preliminary reports suggesting the onions as the most likely source of E. coli.
Peeled whole onions and diced fresh yellow onions are subject to the Taylor Farms recall.

I have bought Taylor Farms brand broccoli and also salad the ones that come in a big bag from Sam's Club.
not all restaurants use the same supplier BUT the majority of fast food restaurants use the same supplier
There are the pre-packaged salads on the recall as well from Taylor Farms.
