Smartfoods Limited has issued a recall for specific batches of Tom & Luke brand Protein Peanut Brownie Snackaballs and Vogel's brand Cluster Crunch Peanut Butter and Daily Protein Plus Almond Pistachio cereals. The recall is due to potential contamination with small metal pieces. These products were distributed in retailers and supermarkets across New Zealand. The products have not been exported.AFFECTED PRODUCTS:
PRODUCT: Tom & Luke brand Protein Peanut Brownie Snackaballs (132g)

- Sold in a 132g plastic pouch.
PRODUCT: Vogel's brand Cluster Crunch Granola Peanut Butter (375g)
- Best Before 31/07/2026, 2/09/2026, 26/09/2026
- Sold in a cardboard box
PRODUCT: Vogel's brand Daily Protein Plus Almond Pistachio (300g)
- Best Before 14/08/2026, 4/09/2026, 26/09/202
- Sold in a cardboard box
The issue was identified by Smartfoods Limited, leading to the recall. The recall was initiated on October 6, 2025. No other Tom & Luke or Vogel's products are affected by this recall.
