De Bons Petits Plats, located at 1210 Van Horne Avenue, in Montreal, has issued a recall for its "Cassoulet with Duck Confit and Toulouse Sausage" due to undeclared sulfites and soy. The product was sold exclusively at their Montreal location on Van Horne Avenue.AFFECTED PRODUCT:
- Cassoulet with duck confit and Toulouse Sausage
- Is packaged in a metal tray with a clear plastic lid.
- All batches lacking allergen labeling are affected.
The issue was identified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ) in collaboration with the company. The recall was initiated as a precautionary measure, and no allergic reactions have been reported to date. The recall is classified as Class I, indicating a high health risk for those with allergies.
