WFM Purchasing, LP has initiated a recall of Whatcom Blue and Whatcom Farmhouse sliced cheeses due to potential contamination with STEC and E. coli O103. The products were distributed to Whole Foods Market locations in Washington and Oregon in the United States. A total of 822 pounds is affected.AFFECTED PRODUCTS:

- Packaged: Sliced and packaged in deli plastic wrap with Whole Foods scale labels
- PLU: 22386900000
- Sell-by Date: 10/27/2025 – 11/16/2025
- Product Quantity: 411 lbs total
The issue was identified through testing by the Washington State Department of Agriculture. The recall, classified as Class I, was initiated on October 27, 2025, with classification on November 25, 2025.
