son and I stopped and ate the other night and both of us are having diaharria since then upset stomach we are on day three of symptoms

I ate the boneless chicken wings at 6 in the evening, about two hours later I felt disgusted, as if I could throw up at any moment. It is now 2 am and I still feel grossed out and haven’t ate anything since.
