Ate a deluxe chicken sandwich meal at around 4:45PM and had to stop eating half way through with my sandwich after biting into a vein or tendon. I thought it was just that one bite but apparently not because it’s 3 hours later and I can’t leave…

J'ai commandé un sandwich au poulet grillé avec du bacon et j'ai commencé à me sentir malade plus tard dans la nuit. C'est la seule chose que j'ai mangée. Je ne peux pas dormir ce soir à cause de la fièvre, des maux d'estomac et des nausées. J'ai tellement mal au ventre.
