I had a steak bowl with lettuce — only thing i ate the entire day and immediately started becoming violently ill 1-2 hours after consumption. Never have felt so sick in my life!!!

Ate half of my steak bowl with guacamole and started to feel very nauseous right away. Within an hour I was vomiting and a lot. Since then have had nausea and very irritated stomach that is very swollen.

J'ai mangé le bol de barbacoa pour le déjeuner aujourd'hui et j'ai commencé à avoir les pires douleurs à l'estomac deux heures plus tard. C'est tout ce que j'ai mangé aujourd'hui. J'ai eu la diarrhée sans arrêt ces dernières heures
