Friday 12th October 2018 I ate a Texas bbq pizza with half ham and pineapple. It is now the 16th October and I still have diarrhea havent been able to eat or go to work

Last 3 times ordered I have been ill 4 - 6 hrs later - and no no allergies recently been tested!
Awoken hot and feeling sick severe stomach cramps turning into an upset stomach.
