Not sure 2 sick. 24 hrs before became sick. Ate Saturday 8pm, beef, ham, pepperoni toppings. Nausea, fatigue, and headache first symptoms, then cramping and diarrhea beginning after 11pm next day, and persisting through Monday. Fever/chills for one person. Other person vomitting.
