Double double animal style and fries. Ate at around 6pm, and 5-6 hours later I experienced several hours of vomiting and extreme nausea, followed by a mild fever lasting throughout the following day.

He entire family ate here, my son and I split a strawberry shake and have been vommiting and have had horrible diarrhea.
