Ate the chef salad. Within 1 hr was having extreme diarrhea., Got the food in the drive thru. Only other person ate was fruit.

Southwest chicken chili and a muffuletta sandwich. 6 hours after eating, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting simultaneously. Following the incident I have been to several doctors and specialists because my stomach has not been the same.
