I order a McMuffin & 4 piece nugget & small fry on my break.... I went to sit down ate my sausage muffin and right before I could finish the sandwich my stomach started to feel weird.. (nausea).. so I just threw the rest of the food…

*BEWARE* First time in months having McDonalds and this will be the last. Completely raw burger was served and consumed at the Coatesville McDonalds and I didnt notice until halfway through eating
