Ate here brown rice, orange chicken & noodles about 1:00 p.m. I knew.someting wasn't right. The noodles seemed old. Vomited around 4 a.m

Coworker picked up some food for us and we both got the same thing and right after eating had to run to the bathroom. When I called the store no manager was present but a "Shift manager" was and she said we had to have a doctors…
