I had the 4/4 deal at Wendy's at 9:30 this evening. I went home and went to bed shortly after. It's 1 PM and I have diarrhea and vomiting heavily.

My wife got the 4 for 4 with spicy chicken nuggets. I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo with two large sides of chili around 11:30 PM on the 5th of January, 2016. We both woke up with abdominal pain and diarrhea. I slowly progressed to an achy body and fatigue.
