I ordered two 4 for 4 meals. I had a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger as my entree which was different than my husband's spicy chicken wrap. Both had nuggets. 6 hours later, terrible pains in stomach and diarrhea

Went to Wendy’s got the 4 for 4 jr bacon burger ketchup only with the nuggets and fries and a sprite 2 hours later I feel fevered and I’m vomiting and have the shits and nauseous
